Fig & Ricotta Toast 

  1. A Slice of artisan bread, toasted, from your local bakery. (pictured is a Sea Salt Sourdough from a local bakery)           I buy a loaf and freeze them in baggies of 4 slices so that i have them on hand at all times! 
  2. Ricotta cheese 
  3. Fig Jam
  4. Honey
  5. Pistachios (or any nut you love or have on hand)

This is so easy to put together. Toast the bread, spread the ricotta, smear the fig jam on top of the ricotta, drizzle the honey and top with pistachios. Make it a great day!
